Freight: A default freight charge of $20 per order is charged which covers the vast majority of shopping cart orders.   If the item is bulky, heavy or you live in a remote area then additional freight charges may be payable.   We will contact you if necessary prior to processing your order.   If an item cannot be supplied in a timely manner we will contact you for instructions or process an immediate refund.

Orders:   These products are not generally returnable if you change your mind.   A restocking fee may be charged for each item.   Special orders are not returnable, not refundable and cannot be exchanged.   We also realise that sometimes parts may need to be exchanged or were incorrectly supplied or quoted and these issues will be handled on a case by case basis.   Any issues should be brought to our attention within 7 days of payment.   Manufacturer's warranty applies.
