Since 1998, Marine Direct Australia has been exporting manifolds, engines, gearboxes, gensets and many other products found on this website.

We are in direct contact with international marine suppliers and directly sell into South American, Central American, Middle East and European markets.  We regularly deliver to private yachts all over the Pacific!

Depending on the product, we ship by post, courier and international air freight packages weighing only a few kilos up to hundreds of kilos.

OUR SERVICE:

We provide a caring service for all overseas customers.  This includes ensuring all paperwork is correct, the use of reliable freight forwarders and taking an interest in your project.

Simply send us an email detailing what you need and we will process the order manually.
 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE & FREIGHT:
Our shopping cart system will allow you to buy many products for shipping outside of Australia.  A default minimum freight charge of AUD$75 is charged to all orders.

HOWEVER certain heavy items may have additional postage/freight charges.  These will be applied to your credit card as a separate charge, but we will inform you first.  Items may go Express Post Couruier EMS, DHL, Toll Fedex or TNT.  Some warehouse may only have one freight option available.   Marine Direct assumes no responsibility for any items lost in post.  Items can be sent by registered mail or courier at additional expense.  We can also arrange transit insurance for expensive items.

PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD FRAUD:

Our Company policy is to receive payment BEFORE goods are shipped.  We accept direct telegraphic transfer and VISA and Mastercard.  Most goods are generally shipped on the same day payment is made.  For expensive items such as engines that are made to order, we may ask for a goodwill deposit.

If you use an international credit card or the goods are shipping outside of Australia we will always ask for a copy of the front side of your credit card and also your drivers licence or passport.  This protects the customer, ourselves and prevents fraud.  It is also our bank's security requirement!
